Having hot oil massage on scalp once or twice a week can do wonders. It nourishes the hair and their roots. Scalp also gets treated in a great way.
- Don’t apply hot water on hair
Washing hair with hot water is always a big No. It can damage hair and its natural texture. Cold water is always good for hair and scalp.
- Use only good hair products
There are so many hair care products in the market. All of them promise to offer best treatment but it is good to invest in good products. Cheap products contain harsh elements that can cause damage to both hair and scalp.
- Use conditioner
Shampoo washes scalp and hair. And conditioner nourishes hair. So both are essential ingredients to care for hair. Using them accurately, can treat superbly.
And, last but not the least, consult with a professional dermatologist who can offer you proper guidance on the said subject. When it comes to hair care, it is always right to go with right medication and consultancy.
