Each of my days starts with a positive note. I am an optimistic person that is why it is evident that I will be thinking rightly positive every time. However, it is not only positivity that keeps me running. There are some rituals that I religiously follow and that makes my mornings complete.
Drink a Lot of Water
I know it sounds cliché. But if you follow my words, just start chugging a large glass of water every morning, right after waking up every day. It will give you an instant start. You will feel hydrated and energized at the same time.
Move Your Muscles
If you are a fitness fanatic like me, then I believe you are aware of the necessity of muscle strength. But those who are not that into muscle building, often miss out gaining muscle mass. Even if you are not into fitness that much, I would suggest you to eat well, and go through workouts that help in building decent muscle mass.
Spend Time with Family
No matter how tight my schedule is, I always try to spend quality time with my family. It does give me a mental boost every day. It also makes me feel open and happy. After all, its family that always stays beside me in all the stages of my life.
Have Quality Sleep
Sleep plays a huge role in our lives. It is more than important to me. This is the reason; I follow a fixed time to hit the bed. But when I have shooting, if I feel that I will not have quality sleep, I keep on having naps in between the shooting schedules.
